the point
AI is going to reshape how most of us work in the next five years. The content teaching it is written for developers or sold to beginners. There's almost nothing for the person in between. The one who runs a business, leads a team, or carries a practice. The one who already decided. The one who's smart. The one who hasn't found anyone who talks to them like it.
Running Start was built for them. Cohort 1 ran women-only by design. By demand, Cohort 2 is likely to run mixed.

the program
A live walkthrough of how Claude thinks, what it's actually good at, and why most people use it wrong. Hannah demos it on real work, not toy examples. You'll leave knowing what to expect in Sessions 1 through 3 and already ahead of where most people start.
We set up your first Project together, live. By the end of 90 minutes, you have a Claude workspace that knows who you are and what you're building. You leave with one assignment: tonight's brain dump.
Bring your laptop. We paste in your brain dump and ask the first real question. We walk through prompting as conversation, not commands, and fix the weirdness every new user bumps into. Then you vote on the workflow we build Thursday.
Whichever workflow you voted for, Hannah builds it live. Then you build yours. Three hot seats on screen. Then: Hannah's real weekly routine, the five prompts to keep nearby, and open Q&A to close out the cohort.
why me
Hannah Laut · @blondontherun everywhere
I help people understand systems that are moving faster than most can follow. The work has always been the same. The technology keeps changing.
Ten years in tech, most of it spent translating complicated technology into something ordinary people could actually use. I led marketing at cutting edge Web3 companies, worked with Coinbase on federal policy, and ended up briefing lawmakers at the White House. I led one of the world's largest developer events for years, and this year co-hosted the world's largest in-person OpenClaw hackathon.
I've worked with Coinbase, PayPal, Bain Capital, and Sotheby's, among others.
I've run my entire business on Claude as a solopreneur. I know what actually works and what doesn't, because I'm in it every day.
This bootcamp is that same job, now for AI, built for the working professional who already decided they want in.

questions
Yes. We start from first open. If you've used ChatGPT once, you have plenty to build on.
Replays are available within 24 hours. That said, sessions 2 and 3 are the ones where you build. Going live with the cohort is what makes this sticky.
You'll need a Claude.ai account — free works to get started, but we recommend Claude Pro ($20/month) so you don't hit limits mid-session.
No. Running Start is designed for people who are curious but haven't built a consistent practice yet. You don't need to know anything coming in.
The live sessions are 90 minutes each. There's no required homework, but you'll get more out of it if you come ready to try things between days.
Yes. Replays will be posted after each session.
YouTube shows you what AI can do. Running Start is four days of you actually building it for your own work, live, with direct help when you get stuck. Two different products.
Because the sessions are built around your work, not a generic demo. You leave with two workflows running on real tasks, not a notebook of things you might try later. That's what makes it stick.
Yes. A lot of people expense it as professional development. I'll send a receipt formatted for reimbursement if you need one.
Cohort 1 had a refund window through end of Tuesday after Session 1. Cohort 2 will follow the same structure. Replay access typically runs 30 days at GA, 6 months at VIP. Specifics confirmed when Cohort 2 opens.
Cohort 2 · dates TBA
